Lemonade & Blackberry Ice Box Pie
Made with a Marconi Biscotti Crust
This easy make-ahead pie brings the tastes of summer to your gatherings!

Preparation
In a food processor, pulse Marconi Orange Biscotti until finely ground. Add melted butter and pulse to fully combine. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Freeze for 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk and beat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and zest and beat an additional 2 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared Marconi Biscotti Pie Crust and carefully level. Spoon preserves over filling and using a knife swirl gently. Cover pie and refrigerate over night. Enjoy! |
