EZ PZ Peach Cobbler

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter (or spray) an 8 inch square baking dish. Cut the crust from the 5 slices of Marconi Italian Bread, and cut each piece into 3 or 4 smaller slices. Spread the peach slices over the bottom of the buttered baking dish. Then cover the peaches with a layer of Marconi bread slices. Mix together the butter, sugar, flour, and egg. Once fully mixed pour/spread this mixture over the bread and peaches. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy! |
